Back in April, I brought my vehicle to West Herr Ford in Greece, NY (4545 Ridge Rd W) due to a check engine light. The dealership diagnosed a misfire on cylinder 1 and recommended replacing all spark plugs, the ignition coil on cylinder 1, and the valve cover gasket, citing oil residue. I agreed to the repairs and spent over $3,000.

West Herr Ford of Rochester (4545 W Ridge Road) has such an amazing group of people to deal with…specifically Zach and the women at the front desk in the Collision department. They are so friendly, out going and exude such wonderful customer service in a time when customer service seems to be obsolete. I only required a small part painted for my Bronco but was was left with such a positive experience, that after leaving I told everyone I work with to go there for any work required on their vehicle (whether or not they own a Ford).

Cody was very easy to work with. He brought the car to our house and we never had to leave the house to complete the deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything
Not pleased with service after the sale, also finance manager as difficult to deal with. Had a bedlner installed; first one was incorrectly done, second has the same issue. Very difficult to get in touch with the service department, when I finally did they had an open slot 10 days away but refused to let me wait for my vehicle. Sales people were good but will not go back to that dealer!

Dealership helpful knowledgeable. Not sure which advisor I talked to when I went in but I never talked him again. After waiting 2 hours for a 1 hour job I asked another advisor what was taking so long. Found out my vehicle had been done an hour ago but the advisor had gone home.

Collision repair for my 2017 Mercedes C 300 was a very lengthy process do to the in availability of a radar sensor. Even tough it to 7 months I was kept informed weekly Mr zach always responded to my concerns, very polite and understanding
