Brought my F150 in for recall 26S28 wrench light. My truck was there for 9 hours and I received a call saying it was all set. I picked it up and the recall was completed but the wrench light was still on. I was told it must be on for something else and they’d be happy to run it through their diagnostics. I don’t know why they wouldn’t do that and let me know what the issue is. Instead they call and say it’s all set after 9 hours. Thanks for not going the extra mile.

This is the second time I have come in for an oil change and the work was not done on time. I also had issues calling the shuttle driver-very frustrating

I can’t say enough good things about the service team at West Herr! A problem developed with the wiper motor in my Mustang, and without me even asking, they set up their mobile pick-up and delivery service to get the car into the shop. Service Manager Adam kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure the wiper motor parts were ordered and handled smoothly. On top of that, the team tackled a pesky rear convertible window issue that had been frustrating me for a long time, getting both problems completely resolved. Special thanks to Ashley for top-notch coordination—the mobile service idea is absolute gold, and the customer care from everyone involved was outstanding. I’m thrilled with the work, and I hope they don't mind me complimenting West Herr once again! I will definitely be recommending West Herr to all my friends and neighbors.

Today Ieft my car in for a callback airbag repair that takes around 1 hour, I figured if I left my car early for my 10:30 appointment I'd get serviced by the end of my workday. I called an hour before I left work around 2:30 since I'd heard nothing on my car at this point, the lady on the phone said Christine was supposed to contact me soon on an update which she didnt do in the next hour. I don't know if the issue is being understaffed, having a crappy system, or being incompetent. But either way I will not be returning to this dealership and will actively recommend against this establishment.

The entire staff who assisted me with my search and purchase of the F-250 truck I was looking for were very helpful and professional. The entire experience was very stress free.
